Are there set up costs ?
No there isn’t. We do charge the first two months of your plan upfront, meaning you won’t be billed till your 3 month. This helps us get your new website and marketing off to a big start!
Are there additional costs ?
You will only pay for the cost of your plan (Monthly) and the costs of any add-ons you purchase. We are an on demand service, so you only pay for what you use. No hidden fees or costs
Is there a contract term ?
No there isn’t! You are free to cancel your plan if you so choose at any-time.
Can I change my current plan to a lower or higher plan ?
Yes you can! Just let us know and we can facilitate the change over for you.
When will I be billed ?
Generally you will be billed on the same day every month that the plan was started on.
Is support included ?
Yes it is! Currently our support covers any issues with the website system your website is run on and any broken parts. Please note that free support does not include problems arising from additions & changes made to the website by the client, although we will endeavour to help as much as possible!
Can I transfer my website to another host/provider/company ?
We do not allow the transfer of websites to other third party companies etc. The underlying content management system and code remain the property of Tickbox. We can however organise any copy, images, blog posts, graphics etc that has been produced for the site and package it up for a client for a small admin fee.
Is my website mobile ready/optimised ?
Yes it is! All Tickbox websites are responsively designed, meaning they will change and adapt to any screen size.
How do I purchase add-ons ?
Please contact your Account Manager or the Tickbox team to action the request.
I need a custom solution/plan. Can you help ?
Absolutely. Your Tickbox Account Manager can discuss the most cost effective means of tackling your project or solution and prepare a custom plan to suit.
Is my website secure ?
Our team actively updates your website with all current security updates to keep out any unwanted nasties.
Can I update my site myself ?
Absolutely! Our easy to use Content Management System means you can update your copy and images, write blog posts etc whenever suits you.
